Team of 3 is a fitness support system that combines the "what to do" with the "how to do it." You will enjoy the teamwork with two other people of your choosing who share similar fitness goals.

You experience cooperation, camaraderie, and even a little competition, if desired, to help you sustain your journey toward a more complete and rewarding fitness and vitality - a program we call The Totally Fit Life .

The Team of 3 system will provide you the guidance to set goals and recommend program options for achieving them.

The Team of 3 has 6 basic "pages" or "modules" you'll use most of the time. The system will also follow up with you to help you stay on track, offer encouragement and valuable information along the way.

  • Daily Report: The "Daily Report" is how you check in with the system and log your activities in any of the six essential fitness elements of your personal program. The system will do the rest and report your daily progress to you and your teammates. It's an important part of your Team of 3 instrument panel.
     
  • My Page: Some of the items contained on "My Page" are links to popular news sources, a snapshot of your personal performance, your personal "blog" (where you and others can post and read messages), and links to other system features that are important to your personal Team of 3 experience.
     
  • My Team: The "My Team" page is the center of activity with your Team of 3. You can see how you are doing in comparison to your teammates and also how well your team is doing next to other teams on the system. The Team Page also enables you to participate in private and system-wide discussions about issues relating to The Totally Fit Life.
     
  • My Friends: "My Friends" is the social networking aspect of Team of 3 that enables you to connect with others of similar interests to share experiences and insight about your Totally Fit Life journey.
     
  • Customize: Team of 3 enables you to "Customize" your own program. We encourage you to start with the "CORE" components of physical, nutritional and mental fitness. To learn more click on The Totally Fit Life. When you're ready and if you choose, you can expand your program scope to include our "MORE" program, which adds the emotional, directional and spiritual fitness elements.
     
  • My Journal:"My Journal" is your special place, accessible only to you - a place to record your thoughts and feelings about your Totally Fit Life Journey. This private filing cabinet provides six drawers, one for each of the six essential fitness elements, to record your personal observations or information for review at any time.
     
  • Follow-Up System: You'll receive an email everyday that a report is due. If you fall behind in your reporting, you and your teammates will receive emails from "The Hound" to help you get back on track. The Coach will also monitor your progress and send encouraging messages about your achievements.
